My Daily Essential Oil Protocol

We know that when we’re using oils for our emotions, consistency is the key! A few months ago I decided that I wanted to develop my own daily protocol based on my needs instead of throwing oils on willy nilly; I wanted to start seeing emotional differences in myself.

As circumstances and emotions change, I’ll alter this practice and add in/take out as necessary. But for any normal day, this is my bread and butter:

Valor: Take three deep inhales to start your practice and place a dab under your nose so those molecules can continue to get to work. Wait ten minutes before applying the rest of the oils in your protocol. Balances and equalizes the body’s energies, thereby increasing oxygen intake to the pineal gland—the seat of our higher intelligence and intuitive faculties. Instant confidence boost for me. and my GO-TO if I'm feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stressed.

Highest Potential: Apply to the drown, one drop, and run through your hair. This one is a very intricate blend of 23 oils and its purpose is to inspire emotional well-being and be used during meditation and journaling. of the main oils in this blend are blue cypress, ylang ylang, and jasmine. Blue Cypress is grounding and calming, promoting stability and emotional balance. Ylang Ylang is associated with joy, sensuality, and emotional harmony, offering uplifting and balancing properties. Jasmine is linked to romance and sensuality, believed to have uplifting effects for enhancing positive feelings.

Harmony: Apply to the solar plexus for activation and clearing to ground yourself in a confidence boost. This blend contains a variety of oils. Lavender is often associated with tranquility and emotional balance, promoting a peaceful state of mind. Rosemary is believed to uplift the spirit, clear the mind, and encourage a positive outlook. Lemongrass contributes refreshing and invigorating qualities, fostering energy and mental clarity. Juniper is recognized for its purification and protective properties, promoting emotional clarity and dispelling negativity. The grounding and calming nature of Spruce aids in creating a sense of stability and balance, facilitating the navigation of emotional challenges. This blend provides emotional and spiritual benefits such as balancing emotions, promoting relaxation, enhancing mental clarity, and supporting spiritual practices.

White Angelica: Place a few drops in your hand and apply to your shoulders, down your arms, down your legs, through your hair, etc. to create an energetic shield. Imagine this blend encasing your entire body, like a guardian shield. White Angelica is known for its properties for energetic protection, like a bouncer for negative energy or disturbing thoughts. A blend of essential oils like Ylang Ylang and Bergamot, is used by some to create a calming atmosphere, reducing emotional overwhelm. It offers emotional support due to oils like Myrrh and Geranium, which promote emotional balance.

Release: Apply over the liver (right side under ribcage). Release oil aids in releasing negative emotions, promoting emotional freedom. Apply a drop over the liver to let go of stored emotions like anger and resentment. Facilitates progress and efficiency by clearing destructive feelings, recommended for stress and uncontrollable emotions. This blend supports emotional release, fostering liberation, balance, and a positive outlook. This blend features oils with specific benefits. Ylang ylang aids stress relief, lavandin promotes relaxation and emotional balance, and geranium alleviates anxiety, fostering emotional stability. Sandalwood grounds and centers for inner peace, while Blue Tansy eases tension with anti-inflammatory and calming properties. Release deepens spiritual connection and inner peace.

Abundance: Apply to the bottoms of your feet. Apply to the bottoms of your feet in the morning so that you spend your day walking in abundance! A blend of a variety of oils with plenty of benefits: Myrrh (ability to open the mind to receiving gifts). Patchouli (plays a role in reestablishing mental and emotional equilibrium while energizing the mind). Orange (contains calming properties, attributed to its richness in d-limonene, and is often used for promoting feelings of peace). Cinnamon Bark (with historical roots dating back to the Egyptians, supports a prosperity mindset). Frankincense (rich in sesquiterpenes and boswellic acid, contributing to mood upliftment and relaxation). Ginger (a warm oil known for emotionally instilling courage). Spruce (offers physical grounding and relaxation). It is also believed to release blocks to prosperity and wealth. This blend is a manifesting blend designed to attract wealth and health by aligning with the brain's frequency. It operates on the principle of the Universal Law of Attraction. By inhaling the oil and focusing on thoughts of prosperity, you send frequencies into the universe, promoting a shift towards wealth consciousness. Abundance Essential Oil aids in releasing feelings of inadequacy and worry, helping individuals overcome scarcity and poverty consciousness, making it beneficial for those seeking to shift towards a mindset of abundance.

Northern Lights Black Spruce: Apply to the throat and up the spine. Northern Lights Black Spruce essential oil has been known to the Lakota Indians to strengthen their ability to communicate with the Great Spirit. Traditionally, it was believed to possess the frequency of prosperity. It’s incredibly grounding and great for meditation. Additional benefits include respiratory and sleep support and releasing emotional blockages. To help with sleep, put in a roller with fractionated coconut oil and apply to your temples, wrists, and jawline before bed.

Stress Away: Take three deep inhales to start your day (and continue use as needed throughout the day) and run it through your hair (AKA your best diffuser). One of the main ingredients is Cedarwood. Cedarwood contains SO many properties related to lessening symptoms of anxiety, specifically cedrol which is a mild sedative that calms the nervous system. It's my go-to self-care oil and I add drops to my bath and diffuse at night before bed. If you get into a practice of using it daily, cortisol levels should decrease.
